Worldwide Shipping

All packages are shipped from the United States. Allow 5 to 7 business days for UPS Standard Mail or such longer period as UPS or any other carrier may require.

International shipments

International shipments are serviced by a variety of global carriers with door-to-door tracking, depending on location. While most customers receive their order within 1-3 weeks, this delivery time frame often depends heavily on the customs clearing process for your particular country.

All packages are shipped from the United States. Please be advised that your local government may assess international trade taxes or customs duties upon package arrival, which are not the responsibility of the itrek. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may request a refund for most items purchased in our shop for a full product refund or exchange for a new copy.

Please note: Shipping is a non-refundable charge unless the product was damaged or we mailed you the wrong product in error. In these two cases, we will ship a replacement order to you.
